Nature suffers, human kind will suffer.
Science is not the universe, nor is it nature, nor the ultimate reason behind things. Science is not the answer; it is just a remarkable human effort to explain the "how" of the vast and the small phenomena around us—and those phenomena are the true magic. Yet many of them still remain beyond the reach of science. Spirituality and humility are essential if we are to truly sense the meaning of it all. Our 21st-century society needs to understand that science and spirituality can coexist, and that together they can become stronger. In my view, this lack of spirituality and modesty is one of the main causes of environmental destruction. We are living in reverse, disconnected from nature on a spiritual level. This is inexcusable, because we are nature.
